Design posters and online marketing materials in order to increase staff size and drive readership.

– Leadership
Founded and manage a team of up to 5 marketers and advertisers to complete marketing objectives each semester. Instruct and coordinate a team of up to 10 writers on AP formatting, review style, and which pieces to write.
– Marketing Research
Launched surveys and held focus groups to learn more about consumer and internal opinion, how to better market the news outlet, and how to better plan recruitment efforts.
– Social Media Marketing
Tracked post performance on Facebook and Twitter. Established posting regulations for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Relaunched the presence on Instagram.
– Journalistic Writing
Write one piece a week for the arts section using AP style and edit up to 10 pieces a week prior to publishing.
